Soccer Cancelled,New Motivation, & Temptation

As you can tell yesterday I was needing motivation. My husband is an AMAZING motivator, but while he's at work I still need to be pushed. Of course Pinterest comes to the rescue (again!) And I remembered I pinned something onto my board that I have to ideas of boxes to send my husband when he is deployed and it had this amazing idea to count down the days.

Well why not use it to count down these 21 days? So I made one for myself to count down the days. Only instead of toy soldiers I used marbles.

As you can tell I'm not big on eating right or healthy in any way. I like cupcakes (my weakness),

And this is my favorite flavor of ALL TIME! Lemon Meringue.... uhh yumm ....!!!! Uh Oh why did I do this, now I want some I guess it's more to add to the list to go eat after this is over lol. Bad I know, but I can't help it! Today after coming back from errands there was a chocolate doughnut laying on the ground and I ran to my front door. I told my husband temptation IS everywhere and I almost ate a doughnut off the rainy, wet pavement. I didn't though but I really wanted to though!

What I miss and want most of all is coffee! I think that is why it is giving me such a hard time because I may be having caffeine withdraws, which is not ok. One minute I want to cry then next I am angry and then I'm ok, but then I realize I can't do this. I NEEDED this to push me towards the goal at the end. I know it will be worth it, but I am impatient and hungry..

To change the subject so I won't think about my hunger, today was the first Practice for my son's soccer Practice. It was cancelled though because of the rain (We had an earthquake a couple days ago and it is causing a tsunami in some ares). He was dressed and all ready for his first day so we decided to stay and play a little at the field. He loves to stay and play soccer with his dad.

When I got bored after my husband came home for dinner, I got on Pinterest .... yes again. I went looking for a schedule that would work for me an my family. I found this one to work best.

Tomorrow I am going to test out this new schedule and see how it works. It will definitely help me to keep up with house works and little things I forget, but most importantly to incorporate some schooling into the boys' everyday lives.

Hopefully tomorrow I won't whine so much and have a more interesting blog post!

My #1 Supporter

The other day I received my 21 Day Fix. Once I got home I dug in. I started reading all the material to better understand what it is and what I am to do. I started to get really excited. I think the color coded containers are pretty cool. Each color represents a certain food group. To be honest I was shock when I first saw them. They looked so much smaller in person! After reading I realized I actually eat a lot! I am full, I mean it is only day 1 still but I haven't caved in or starved so that's great!

But then I hit a wall. I instantly thought, "What am I doing?" I can't do this...... I'm a loser blah blah blah anything and everything negative popped into my mind. Then my husband came home for lunch and we talked and He turned to me and said, " Megan yes you can do this!" And then he left and I put in the workout dvd, which by the way I was not motivated to do at ALL! I did it anyways, and I was proud of myself for completeing it. I mean it is only 30 mins not bad at all . The Workouts may have looked easy but definitely works you hard! I was sore rifht after I turned the tv off. I may need a walker tomorrow...yep Im going to be sore. It's worth it though, just 21 days, 3 weeks, I know I can do this! Especially with my amazing husband by myside to push me through it keep my spirits up!
